Drew Gulak is no longer with WWE, Yeah The competitor becomes coach friend of Daniel Bryan now not the part of WWE.
Earlier Gulak’s profile was moved from the active roster page onWWE.com and to the Alumni section, which usually indicates that a wrestler was let go.
This news comes just one day after WWE aired the excellent match he had with his friend Daniel Bryan on SmackDown. The match was widely praised on social media and Daniel Bryan also took time on Twitter to thank Gulak after the match.
However, it doesn’t look like Gulak’s exit is part of the recent budget cuts that were made last month. Instead, Gulak’s agreement lapsed and both sides couldn’t settle.
Gulak was signed by WWE after wrestling in the inaugural Cruiserweight Classic. The 33-year old spent most of his time on WWE 205 Live Brand and while many people praised his work, it was only in the last few months that he got to show how great he is on the main roster stage when he was featured in a storyline with Daniel Bryan.
Gulak will become a free agent and it would be hard to imagine that a company like AEW, New Japan Pro Wrestling, Impact Wrestling and others wouldn’t be interested in signing him.
